Abstract: Skin is a reflection of inner health. Cutaneous markers of drug abuse are infrequently seen by dermatologists. There are several telltale signs of drug abuse such as necrotic ulcers, acneiform lesions, premature aging changes, contact dermatitis and linear pigmentation to name a few. Herein the case of a young male patient with ulcers over extremities referred from the department of psychiatry with history of heroin abuse is being presented. Other cutaneous markers of recreational drug abuse have also been highlighted.
