dc.description.abstract | Tuberous sclerosis is a genetic disorder affecting cellular differentiation, proliferation, and maturation. This cellular process gets disarranged and results in hamartomas formation in multiple organs of body the body including, the kidneys. Kidney involvement is usually bilateral and asymptomatic.
