dc.description.abstract | Warfare by biological agents is an age old technique for mass calamity to an enemy civilization. Periodically, it has been flashing its presence in world map either by scattered sporadic incidences or wide spread impact. In the current scenario of our national diplomati situation of unfriendly relationships with external & internal agencies, it is important that we review our status regarding this inhuman to of terrorism or proxy-war.
