Abstract: | Scleromyxedema is a chronic, progressive condition characterized by confluent lichenoid eruption. It is usually associated with paraproteinemia. We present the case of 52 years old man diagnosed scleromyxedema without malignancy and paraproteinemia and treated with oral methotrexate and betamethasone. |
