Abstract: We realise that job satisfaction is the most significant issue to continue for a long time in any organizations. It has been observing for last couple of years that due to recession of economy within the world, the retrenchment and attrition as well as lay off increasing day by day. Owing to that reasons, the employees are eagerly looking for job security as well as professional stability. Here authors try to search out the job satisfaction of the paramedical staff working in various private hospitals. Additionally there to, researchers are likewise making an endeavor to understand the relation between job security and job satisfaction
