This will empower the hospital to take appropriate decisions and make changes as & when required to retain the housekeeping staff. For this study, literature has been reviewed the data were collected for several reasons which were found frequent while doing the day to day observation. Structured questionnaire prepared and applied for data collection. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (viz. Mean, median, frequency distribution) and inferential statistics (viz. Spearman correlation) for testing hypothesis. This data of survey has been analyzed through software package of statistics and explanation pursued by tables and graphs. Findings based on observations made have been inferred so that the management can make more effective and efficient decisions to enhance the housekeeping staff satisfaction level.
